• When finished with balloons, pop them and properly dispose of them.

• Avoid releasing foil balloons into the air. Although extremely rare, an escaped foil balloon could cause problems, if the balloon becomes entangled in power lines. Foil balloons can also become litter, if not disposed of properly. Keep in mind foil balloons can be re-used even after they have deflated.

• Keep helium-filled balloons secured to a weight. Tie each helium-filled balloon securely to a balloon weight to keep it from releasing into the air. 

• Helium should never be inhaled.

• Warning!  Adult supervision is required for children under 8 years. Children left unattended can choke or suffocate from un-inflated or broken balloons.

We love the idea of creating DIY projects! However, we have experience with creating and styling custom balloon installations. We will NEVER use a DIY balloon kit because many are not as reliable or durable compared to the professional balloon products we use. We have seen the disappointment when balloon kits result in balloons that pop, leak air, or leave dissatisfying results that are not as advertised. The sooner the better! Please give us a minimum of 14 days before your event to ensure all details are exactly the way you'd like.  You can always request a rush order if we're available for your event date, but a rush fee will apply.

We proudly serve the Upstate of Greenville, SC, and the surrounding areas including Simpsonville, Five Forks, Fountain Inn, Berea, Travelers Rest, Taylors, Easley, Piedmont, Duncan, and Spartanburg...

We charge a travel fee of $1.25 per mile for distances traveled beyond a 20-mile radius of downtown Greenville, SC. This fee will be added to the final balance and will be calculated using Google Maps. 

Delivery/Installation Fee:  starting at $100 +

Travel Fee: starting at $125+

Late/Early Fee: $75 (applied if decorations are required before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Rush Orders: $100.00 (any order with less than 14 business days' notice) 

Strike Fee: $75 (If you need us to remove all balloon décor after your event)

Please note: We are unable to guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are delivered & installed. All balloon sales are final sales.

Once we’ve discussed how we can assist you with your event, there is a deposit for all services provided. 

Initial non-refundable deposit: 50% Deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your event.

Final balance: We will email an invoice for your remaining balance 7 days prior to your event. 

We gladly accept cash, credit card, PayPal, and other forms of mobile payment options.

We reserve the right to share event photos as examples of our services for promotional purposes, but your privacy is our first priority. We do not share any personal information about the persons in these photos. These photos may be posted on our website, our Facebook page, other social media sites, and promotional materials. If you prefer to opt out of this policy, please email your opt-out request in writing at least 24 hours BEFORE the day of your event. We must have your written request on file prior to the event date. Thank you for understanding.

SERVICES LIABILITY STATEMENT

Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com, its agents and employees for any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests or other persons attending the party. Customer agrees not to hold Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com responsible for inclement weather or other Acts of God that may cause the cancellation of the party. Should something of this nature cause the cancellation of the party, Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date and location that is mutually agreeable to both parties.

Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this agreement shall not affect any other provision of this agreement. Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com may elect not to exercise rights specified in this agreement. By doing so, Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com does not waive their right to exercise those rights at a future date. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, and each such executed counterpart shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute a single agreement. Electronic or digital signatures to this Agreement are acceptable and carry with it the same full force and effect as a handwritten signature.

In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this Party Agreement, the client will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and costs resulting therefrom on behalf of Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com. This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of South Carolina.

PRODUCTS LIABILITY STATEMENT

Under no circumstances shall Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com or its contractors be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, any materials purchased or given from or originating from Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the information available in the website. Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com shall not be liable even if Balloons and Centerpieces / BalloonsandCenterpieces.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some products and party supplies are not intended for children under the age of 3. Items may contain small parts and/or accessories that can be removed and may be potentially dangerous if played with in any unattended fashion.
