Once you complete our CONTACT FORM a free online estimate will be emailed to you. Review and approve your estimate within 48 hours. If the estimate isn't approved after the initial request, we'll release the reservation. 

After your estimate is approved, an online invoice is sent directly to you with a 50% non-refundable deposit due promptly to reserve your date. Your receipt and confirmation are emailed to you and your event is reserved and booked on our calendar! 

Your balance is due 7 days before your event. 2-3 days before your event you'll receive a final email confirming our scheduled arrival time for setup as well as any last-minute reminders.
